Hear For You Cancellation Policy

We would like to share with you that we will begin reinforcing our Cancellation Policy to ensure we can operate as smoothly as possible and allow adequate notice for others.

If you have questions about what’s described below, please don’t hesitate to contact our team, for NSW – [email protected] and for QLD – [email protected].

Why are we reinforcing this policy?

Our team do an excellent job developing and preparing the programs, and we have received wonderful feedback from families about the difference the programs have made in their lives.

As such, we want to be able to offer those spaces that open up to another child or family so they can experience the same benefits.

Reinforcing this policy will help us continue our commitment to helping young Australians who are deaf or hard of hearing to start thriving instead of just surviving.

Here’s what you need to know

If you absolutely must cancel, please do so as early as possible to make room for others who might be interested.

More specifically, if after registering into a program you’re unable to attend, please get in touch with our Hear For You staff at least two working days before the day of the event. We would love to be able to offer that place to another child or family!

If less than two working days’ notice is given before the day of the event, the session will be claimed as per the individual cost of the session as appropriate.

Please note: these notice periods are based on NDIS guidelines.

For workshops, cancellations will continue to require the following notice:
